摘  要:该文针对高感应电压以及山区大雾或覆冰等恶劣条件,常规绝缘电阻测试仪无法对线路绝缘准确测量的不利情况,设计了一款大容量抗感应电压输电线路绝缘电阻测量装置,通过实验电路设计原理分析以及数学理论计算,该装置通过滤波、反馈、控制单元、逆变等模块的设计达到高感应电压或大泄漏电流状态下输电线路的绝缘电阻测量。通过实验测试表明,该文所开发的装置测量电阻的精度保证在2级,满足输电线路绝缘阻抗的测量精度要求,可应用于实际线路的绝缘阻抗测量并带来可观的社会经济效益和直接经济效益。In view of the adverse condition of the high induction voltage and severe weather such as dense fog and ice coating in mountain areas,which make the conventional insulation resistance tester can not accurately measure the line insulation,this paper introduces insulation resistance measurement device for high capacity anti-induced voltage electric transmission line.With the analysis of the experimental circuit design principle,the calculation of the mathematical theory and the design of filter,feedback,control unit,inverter and other modules,insulation resistance measurement of transmission line under high induced voltage or large leakage current can be realized.Through experimental tests,it shows that the precision of the measuring resistance of the device is guaranteed at the level of2,which meet the measurement accuracy of insulation impedance of transmission line.It means that this device can be used to measure insulation impedance of actual line and can bring considerable social and direct economic benefits.
