摘　　要：铜仁市委、市政府做出"奋力创建绿色发展先行示范区,阔步迈向社会主义生态文明新时代"的战略部署。为全面深入贯彻这一重大决策,需要从哲学、政治学、人类学、社会学、历史学、科技等学科认知其学理依据,做好理论准备、思想动员、精神激励、情感认同工作。唯有构建起理论大视野,才能形成创建绿色发展先行示范区的良好大局面。The Party Committee and Government of Tongren give out mobilization order to people of the municipality to strive for the construction of green development pioneering demonstration area and stride toward the new time of socialist ecological civilization.In order to completely carry out this great decision,we must understand its scientific principle in terms of philosophy,politics,anthropology,sociology,history and science and technology,and make a theoretical preparation,ideological mobilization,spiritual motivation and emotional identification.Good and great situation of green development pioneering demonstration area will only be formed if the great theoretical horizon has been developed.
