摘　　要：《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016年修订版)》在2007版指南基础上进行了全面更新、扩增与完善。新版指南从11个方面进行了深入阐述和具体推荐,本解读对其中最具中国人群特色、最有临床指导意义的三方面更新与亮点进行了详细解读,即血脂(胆固醇)理想水平、总体心血管危险评估与血脂异常治疗原则。The2016guidelines for prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults were comprehensively updated,expanded and perfected on the basis of the2007edition guidelines.The guidelines stated detailed and specific recommendations from11aspects.This interpretation focus on the three most distinctive aspects,which are the ideal level of blood cholesterol,overall cardiovascular risk assessment and dyslipidemia treatment principle.
