摘 要:以葡萄糖(G)作为原料,在冰水浴的条件和丙烯酰氯进行酰氯化反应得到丙烯酸葡萄糖酯(AGE)。通过自由基共聚法将甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-2400)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯聚合得到改性的聚羧酸减水剂,讨论了不同条件对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响。通过红外谱图(FTIR)等手段对丙烯酸葡萄糖酯和共聚物进行了表征。实验中获得的最佳条件是:反应温度为60℃,反应时间为3.5h,甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯的摩尔比是1∶3∶0.5。通过净浆流动度实验表明,改性后的聚羧酸减水剂在1h以内可以保持流动度为280mm不变,同时对比了未改性的聚羧酸减水剂和只加入葡萄糖单体的聚羧酸减水剂,结果表明改性后的聚羧酸减水剂在分散和保持性能方面有了很大提高。Using glucose(G)as the raw material,acyl chlorination reaction was carried out under the conditions of ice-water bath with acryloyl chloride to obtain acrylic acid glucose ester(AGE).With methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether(TPEG-2400),acrylic acid(AA)and acrylic acid,glucose ester were prepared by radical copolymerization.The effect of different conditions on the properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was discussed.The acrylic acid glucose ester and copolymers were characterized by FTIR.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature60℃,the reaction time3.5h,the mole ratios of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether,acrylic acid and acrylic acid glucose ester were1∶3∶0.5.The experimental results showed that the modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer could keep the fluidity of280mm within one hour.Comparison of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer without modification and the addition of glucose monomer onlyshowed that the modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer had a great improvement in dispersion and retention properties.
