护理干预降低产褥感染发生率的临床应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究护理干预在降低产褥感染发生率中的临床应用价值。方法 80例产妇,采用序贯法将产妇分成对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组产妇实施围生期常规护理,观察组产妇在围生期常规护理基础上实施护理干预,比较两组产妇护理效果及围生期相关指标。结果观察组产妇的乳腺炎发生率、产褥感染率、会阴伤口感染率均低于对照组产妇,子宫复旧率和母乳喂养率均高于对照组产妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理满意度、乳汁分泌量充足率、排尿通畅率、健康知识掌握率分别为100.0%、95.0%、95.0%、95.0%,均高于对照组产妇的90.0%、80.0%、80.0%、80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科住院分娩产妇在围生期常规护理基础上实施护理干预,能有效降低产褥感染发生率。Objective To study the cclinical application value of nursing intervention in reducing theincidence of puerperal infection.Methods A total of80maternal women were divided by sequential methodinto control group and observation group,with40cases in each group.The control group received perinatalroutine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of perinatal routine nursing.Comparison were made on nursing effect and perinatal related indicators in two groups.Results The observationgroup had lower incidence of mastitis,incidence of puerperal infection and incidence of perineal wound infectionthan the control group,and higher uterine involution rate and breast feeding rate than the control group.Theirdifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had nursing satisfaction degree,rate ofsufficient milk secretion,urination patency rate,master rate of health knowledge respectively as100.0%,95.0%,95.0%and95.0%,which were all higher than90.0%,80.0%,80.0%and80.0%in the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For obstetric delivery parturient,implementationof nursing intervention on the basis of perinatal routine nursing,can effectively reduce the incidence of puerperalinfection.
