摘　　要：蒸发冷却器是转炉煤气干法除尘系统的核心设备之一,具有对转炉烟气进行降温和除尘的功能。结合理论分析和工程实践,探讨影响蒸发冷却器温度控制、除尘效率和稳定运行的因素,确定相关控制和运行参数,并提出优化建议。Evaporating cooler is one of the core equipment in dry dedusting system for converter gas and has the function of cooling and dedusting of converter gas.Based on theoretical analysis and engineering practice,factors influencing temperature control,dedusting efficiency and stable operation of evaporating cooler were discussed.Relevant control and operating parameters were determined and some optimization suggestions proposed.
