摘　　要：介绍了马钢特钢公司圆坯开坯机自动化系统主要控制功能的实现方法,通过实际应用证明整套自动化系统实现了全自动轧钢,完全满足了生产工艺的要求。经过应用效果分析,根据目前工艺设备的变化说明了进一完善控制功能的方法。This paper introduced the realization method of automation system main control functions for Round Billet Breakdown Mill in MaSteel special steel company.Through practical application proves that the whole automation system realized fully automatic rolling,and fully meet the production requirements.After application effect analysis,according to the current changes of process equipment to explain the method of improving control function.
