延续性护理对门诊睑袋整形术后满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究门诊睑袋整形手术护理中延续性护理对提高护理满意度的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月-2016年12月门诊收治的114例睑袋整形手术患者,根据护理方法不同进行分组,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况及护理满意度。结果对照组术后并发症发生率为14.04%,满意度84.21%;观察组并发症发生率为3.51%,满意度94.74%,两组患者在术后恢复和护理满意度上均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理有效帮助睑袋整形患者提高对整形手术的认知水平,加强术后的管理与随访,减少术后风险事件发生,全面提升睑袋整形术后满意度。Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on nursing satisfaction in outpatient eyelid plastic surgery.Methods114cases of eyelid bag of plastic surgery patients during2015.1-2016.12outpatient treated,according to different nursing method to group,compared two groups of patients with postoperative adverse events happening and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of adverse events in the control group was14.04%and the satisfaction rate was84.21%.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was3.51%and the satisfaction rate was94.74%.There was significant difference between the two groups in postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuity nursing can effectively improve the cognitive level of plastic surgery,strengthen postoperative management and follow-up,reduce postoperative risk events,and improve the satisfaction of eyelid plastic surgery.
