摘　　要：低易损性炸药(low vulnerable explosive)是指对外界刺激不敏感或着火后不转为爆轰的炸药。对复合浇注PBX炸药装药性能参数与其他炸药的对比,通过论述低易损性炸药的发展现状、应用和评价方法,并结合工作实际给出相关技术研究建议。结果表明:与传统TNT基熔铸炸药相比,低易损性炸药质量高、内部无缩孔、环境适应性和长期贮存性能好,适用于现代武器弹药尤其是高性能导弹战斗部装药使用。Low vulnerable explosive is a kind of explosive that is insensitive to external stimulus or the deflagrationpropagating in it can not transfer into detonation once put on fire.The charge properties of composite cast PBX werecompared with that of other explosives.After the discussions on the state of the art,application and evaluation method oflow vulnerable explosive,the suggestions for research on relating technologies were proposed with the consideration ofpractical work.Results show that,compared with conventional TNT-based cast explosive,low venerable explosive has abetter cast quality with no internal shrinkage cavities,and its environmental adaption and long term storage feature is muchbetter.Therefore low vulnerable explosive is applicable to modern weaponry,especially for the usage in the charge of highperformance missile warhead.
