奥利司他联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗单纯性肥胖伴高脂血症患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用奥利司他和瑞舒伐他汀治疗单纯性肥胖伴高脂血症患者的疗效及安全性。方法 2015年1月~2016年6月于中国中医科学院广安门医院收治的单纯性肥胖伴高脂血症患者162例,随机分为奥利司他联合瑞舒伐他汀组(观察组,82例)与瑞舒伐他汀组(对照组,80例)。在控制饮食的基础上,观察组给予奥利司他120 mg,3/d,联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片10 mg,1/晚;对照组单予瑞舒伐他汀钙片10 mg,1/晚,治疗3个月,检测与比较两组患者的体重、体质指数、腰围及血脂等指标。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的体重、体质指数、腰围和血脂指标均较治疗前显著好转(P<0.005),亦优于对照组(P<0.005)。对照组的体重、体质指数、腰围、各项血脂指标较治疗前有好转(P<0.05),但高密度脂蛋白胆固醇治疗前后无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组(P<0.005),但程度多为轻度,可自行缓解。结论奥利司他联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗单纯性肥胖伴高脂血症是安全和有效的,其减轻体重和改善血脂异常的效果优于瑞舒伐他汀。Objective To investigate efficacy of orlistat combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of simpleobesity with hyperlipidemia.Methods162patients were randomly divided into orlistat joint rosuvastatin group(observation group,82patients)and rosuvastatin group(control group,80patients).On the basis of diet control,observation group was given120mg orlistat,combined with10mg rosuvastatin three times a day,1times a night.Control group was given120rosuvastatin,1times a night,treatment for3months.The body weight,body massindex,waist circumference and blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment for3months,the body weight,body mass index,waist circumference and lipid index of the observation group weresignificantly improved(P<0.001),and were better than those in control group(P<0.001).The weight,body massindex,waist circumference and blood lipid index of the control group were better than those before treatment(P<0.01),except HDL-C(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higherthan that in the control group(P<0.001),but mostly were mild adverse reactions and can be self-mitigation.Conclusion Combination of orlistat and rosuvastatin in the treatment of simple obesity with hyperlipidemia is safeand effective,and its effect on weight loss and improvement of dyslipidemia is superior to rosuvastatin..
