摘　　要：目的研究老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的预后和影响因素。方法连续入选2014年6月~2015年6月于河南科技大学附属三门峡市中心医院成功接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的120例老年(年龄>60岁)冠心病患者进行门诊复查和电话随访。记录患者一般情况、心血管事件及死亡等情况。采用Logistic多因素回归分析影响患者预后的因素。结果 120例患者均获得随访,随访时间6~18个月,中位随访时间12.6个月。截止2015年12月31日,33例(27.5%)患者发生不良心血管事件,无患者死亡。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,年龄>70岁、吸烟,高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、脑血管疾病、左心衰竭、三支病变、左主干病变、3枚及以上支架是影响老年冠心病介入术预后的危险因素(P均>0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者介入治疗后积极控制危险因素,对减少介入术后不良心血管事件的发生率有帮助。Objective To investigate the prognosis and associated factors of percutaneous coronaryintervention(PCI)in elder patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods A total of120elder patients(>60yearsold)with coronary heart diseases who underwent PCI from June2014to June2015were enrolled.Cardiovascularevents and mortality were recorded after surgery.The risk factors associated with the prognosis of PCI were analyzedusing logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results All patients were followed up for6-18months,medianduration of follow-up were12.6months.As of December31,2015,33patients(27.5%)had adverse cardiovascularevents and no patients died.Logistic regression analysis result showed that>70years old,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia,cerebrovascular disease,left heart failure,triple vessel lesion,left main coronary artery stenosis,threeand more stents were independent risk factors risk for the prognosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Conclusion Active control of risk factors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapyis helpful in reducing the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events after intervention.
