丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法入选冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者280例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组140例,两组均采用常规口服β受体阻滞剂、阿司匹林、他汀类、皮下注射低分子肝素钙、硝酸甘油静脉持续泵入等常规抗心绞痛治疗,试验组在此基础上加用注射丹参多酚酸盐治疗15 d为一个疗程,比较用药前后及两组间心绞痛发作、心电图和血清炎症因子改变。结果试验组心绞痛发作次数及发作持续时间及心电图心肌缺血情况改善率较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组患者治疗后血清炎症因子高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上联用丹参多酚酸盐注射对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛心电图、心肌缺血的改善及降低血清炎症因子有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolate injection on unstable angina.Methods280patients with unstable angina were divided into control group and experimental group randomly.All enrolledpatients were treated with ordinary anti-angina medicines which were consisted ofβreceptor blocker,aspirin,lower molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection and intravenous nitroglycerin.The patients in experimentalgroup were treated with salvianolate injection for15days in addition to receiving ordinary anti-angina medicines.The angina attack and ECG and inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Result The patients inexperimental group suffered less angina attacks and the duration was shorter than patients in control group.Themyocardial ischemia on electrocardiography(ECG)of experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors hs-CRP and TNF-αin experimental group were higher than those in control group.Conclusion The combination of ordinary treatments and salvianolate injection has remarkable curative effect onunstable angina.
