摘 要:为了有效识别相交特征,提高识别效率,提出一种基于AAG扩展和痕迹法相结合的识别方法。通过精简AAG,仅需在加工特征面进行识别,确定首选特征面。在其基础上合理添加虚链接,构建辅助构成面,完成相交特征分离。通过对子图面边属性的扩充,以增强局部子图差异,提高识别效率和质量。最后利用一个具有相交特征的零件验证了算法可行性。To recognize interacting feature effectively and improve the recognition efficiency,a feature recognize algorithm was proposed based on AAG expansion and hint.By simplifying the AAG,the machining feature faces are considered only for recognition.And then the virtual features are added to construct the auxiliary constituent surface to complete the separation of interacting features.The differences of local sub-graph are enhanced by extending the edge properties of the sub-graph,which improves the recognition efficiency and quality.The feasibility of proposed algorithm was verified by practical experiment.
