都市高密度语境下“情感空间”的追忆与设计思考

摘　　要：中国城镇化的进程与经济发展速度迅猛,越来越多的人口涌入我国的大型以及特大型城市。为解决因此而导致的城市人口居住困难的问题,高密度住宅的建设在我国迅速地兴起。居住形式从传统开放式的自然住屋演变为高密度的社区公寓楼。因此城市机理、人文环境遭到了大量的破坏,居民的交往逐渐淡漠,相互间的了解越来越少,承载着生活琐碎片段的"情感空间"也随着高密度住宅的规划建设而慢慢地弱化消失,因此引发了很多社会问题。本文通过调研当今高密度住宅下情感交流空间的问题所在,结合一些基于高密度住宅的建筑实践,探讨如何在当今都市高密度的情况下进行"情感空间"的追忆以及在设计方面的诸多思考与建议。With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of economy in China,more and more people are pouring into mega-cities.The high-density residential building are being built increasingly to settle the problems of the urban population living difficulties.The living form has been changed from the traditional open natural housing into a high-density community apartment building,but the urban mechanism of human environment has been damaged greatly,and the communication among residents gradually faded with less understanding of each other,and the'emotional space'which contains the memories of urban city life gradually disappear with the construction of high-density flats,thus,a lot of social problems are triggered.By investigating the problem of the emotional communication space in the current high-rise flats with high density,and combining the excellent practice in terms of high-rise flats with high-density,this paper discusses how to reconsider the'emotional space'and proposes some specific suggestions and strategies in the design of high-density residential buildings.
