摘　　要：和其他特大城市一样,上海也面临着交通拥堵的问题。为了缓解这一问题,上海市政府采取了一系列交通管理办法,停车换乘设施实施就在其中,但在实际运营中却呈现冷热不均的现象。现选取4个P+R停车场,通过对其使用者出行特征和出行意愿的调查,研究其实施效果。通过研究,发现P+R在服务水平和交通效应上均有改进的空间,同时本文对P+R系统优化、交通需求管理方面提出了初步改进意见。Like other mega-cities,Shanghai is also facing traffic congestion.In order to alleviate this problem,the Shanghai municipal government has adopted a series of traffic management measures,among which there are park-and-ride facilities,but in actual operation there is an unbalanced state.Now taking four P+R parking lots as study subjects,through the users'riding characteristics and aspiration survey,this paper studies the implementation effect.Through the study,it is found that P+R has room for improvement in service level and traffic effect.At the same time,this paper puts forward some preliminary suggestions on P+R system optimization and traffic demand management.
