摘　　要：基于城市发展向存量规划转型的背景,本文以北京市751创意产业区为例,通过对其现状的分析,从重新编制符合文化创意产业发展的规划、针对文化创意产业发展制定相关政策、统筹安排建筑发展空间三方面提出规划策略,以期为相关实践提供借鉴。In the context of urban development and stock planning transformation,this paper takes751creative industry area of Beijing as an example,through the analysis of its current situation,carries out the re-compilation of cultural and creative industry development planning,develops relevant policies for the development of cultural and creative industries,and puts forward the planning strategy in three aspects of the construction development space,with a view to provide reference for the relevant practice.
