摘　　要：本文对8种不同硅钢底材与3种硅钢片漆的组合迚行工艺研究,为定子冲片涂漆性能研究、固化涂层性能的评定提供了一种可靠、全面的考核方法。最终确定了成熟可靠的水溶性硅钢片漆一次涂漆工艺,研究成果在产品中获得应用。In this paper,it presents the process research and properties evaluation about the combination of8different generator stator core laminations and3kinds of steel sheet vanish,which provides a reliable and comprehensive assessment method for the research of painting process and evaluation of coating performance.The mature and reliable one-time painting process is determined,and the research results are applied in the product.
