摘  要:对海南省11个市(县)冬瓜炭疽病的发病情况进行调查,并采用生长速率法测定89个冬瓜炭疽病菌菌株对嘧菌酯的敏感性。结果表明,各调查点冬瓜均受到不同程度的炭疽病为害;89个冬瓜炭疽病菌菌株对嘧菌酯的敏感性差异较大,平均EC_(50)值为(42.485 3±29.762 0)μg·m L^(-1);EC_(50)最大值是儋州的DS3-7菌株,高达129.135 1μg·m L^(-1);EC_(50)最小值是临高的LB3^(-1)4菌株,仅为0.671 4μg·m L^(-1);89个冬瓜炭疽病菌菌株中,共有嘧菌酯低抗菌株8株,中抗菌株74株,高抗菌株7株。This experiment investigated the morbidity situation of Colletotrichum orbiculare in11citiesand counties of Hainan Province and tested the sensitivity of collected bacterial strains on azoxystrobin.The resultindicated that wax gourd from each investigation spot was damaged by anthracnose in different degree.There werebigger differences in sensitivities to azoxystrobin among89wax gourd anthracnose infected strains.The averageEC50value was(42.4853±29.7620)μg·mL-1.The biggest EC50value was DS3-7from Danzhou,reaching129.1351μg·mL-1;and the smallest EC50value was LB3-14from Lingao,reaching only0.6714μg·mL-1.Among89wax gourd anthracnose infected strains,8strains were low resistant to azoxystrobin,74strains weremoderate resistant to azoxystrobin,and7strains were high resistant to azoxystrobin.
