摘 要:采用菌土置入法,以来源于辽宁省沈阳农业大学试验基地的大白菜根肿病菌为病原菌,对国内22个不同生态类型的抗根肿病大白菜品种进行人工接种抗性鉴定。结果表明:来源于沈阳农业大学试验基地的大白菜根肿病菌对Willianms鉴定系统的4个鉴别寄主均表现感病;22个参试品种中21个表现为抗病,1个表现为高感。Plasmodiophora brassicae of Chinese cabbage from experimental base of Shenyang AgriculturalUniversity were innoculated to22Clubroot Resistant(CR)Chinese cabbage〔Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis(Lour)Olsson〕varieties of different ecological types to carry out identification by soil bacteriaplacement method.The results showed that Clubroot of Chinese cabbage from the experimental base of ShenyangAgricultural Uinversity on differential host disease degree were susceptible to4identified hosts of Willianmsidentification system.21out of22tested accessions showed resistance to diseases and1material expressed highinfectious.
