麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取在2015年2月~2017年2月我院收治的114例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法将其平均分成观察组57例和对照组57例。给予对照组患者常规药物治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上给予麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率及心电图变化。结果观察组总有效率(94.74%)明显高于对照组(80.70%),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.211,P=0.022);观察组心电图总有效率(86.96%)明显高于对照组(50.88%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.859,P=0.002);在治疗过程中及治疗后,对照组有3例出现恶心、呕吐、反酸等不适症状,给予对症措施进行处理,症状消失;观察组未出现上述胃肠不适症状。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上给予冠心病心绞痛患者麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗,可显著提高治疗总有效率及心电图症状改善情况,减少胃肠不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with atorvastatinin treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods114patients with coronary heart disease inour hospital from February2015to February2017were randomly divided into observation group and control groupaccording to random number table method,with57cases in each.The patients in control group were treated withroutine medicine,while the patients in observation group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined withatorvastatin treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and ECG changes of the two groupswere compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group(94.74%)was significantly higher than that ofthe control group(80.70%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.211,P=0.022).The total effective rate ofECG in the observation group(86.96%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.88%),the differencewas statistically significant(χ2=9.859,P=0.002).In the course of treatment and after treatment,there were3cases ofnausea,vomiting,heartburn and other symptoms in control group.By taking timely measures to symptomatic treatment,symptoms disappeared.the observation group did not appear the symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort.ConclusionFor patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atorvastatin treatmenton the basis of routine therapy can significantly improve the total efficiency of treatment and ECG improvement ofsymptoms,and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
