80例完全电视胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术护理配合与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨完全胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者的护理配合体会。方法对我院于2013年1月~2015年12月间收治的80例肺癌患者在胸腔镜下行肺叶切除加淋巴结清扫术治疗,按照围术期护理方法的方法不同分为两组,其中40例给予临床常规护理,纳入对照组,另外40例采取围术期护理干预模式,纳入观察组,最终对两组患者的手术结果及相关并发症发生率展开对比。结果两组患者手术过程均顺利,其中对照组术中转常规开胸手术2例,腔镜手术成功率95%,而观察组手术成功率高达100%;相比对照组,观察组手术时间更短,出血量更少,并发症发生率更低,术后手术效果满意,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完善的术前准备、术前对患者进行心理干预,术中器械的良好性能,密切的术中配合是手术成功开展的重要保证。Objective To explore the nursing coordination of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancerunder complete thoracoscope.Methods80patients with lung cancer treated with lobectomy and lymph nodedissection in our hospital from January2013to December2015were selected and divided into two group according todifferent perioperative nursing methods.40cases in control group were treated with clinical routine nursing,40casesin observation group were treated with perioperative nursing intervention model.Results of operation and the incidenceof related complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation of the two groups was successful.Among them,the control group was converted to conventional thoracic surgery in2cases,and the success rate ofendoscopic surgery was95%,while the success rate of the observation group was100%.Compared with the controlgroup,the operation time of the observation group was shorter,the amount of bleeding less,the complication rate werelower,and the operation effect was satisfactory.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perfect preoperative preparation,preoperative psychological intervention,good performance ofthe instrument and close cooperation with each other are important guarantee for the successful operation.
