摘　　要：目的探讨早中孕期子宫动脉频谱在非均称型胎儿宫内生长受限(IUGR)中的预测价值。方法选取于2014年10月~2016年10月12~24周于我院常规超声检查共150例,其中正常妊娠100例(B组),IUGR患者50例(A组)。采取回顾性分析,对比评价正常妊娠与非匀称型IUGR的PI、RI、S/D及舒张早期切迹情况。结果 A组的子宫动脉PI、RI、S/D、舒张早期切迹存在均高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早中孕期子宫动脉频谱对非均称型IUGR具有一定的预测价值。Objective To explore predictive value of uterine artery doppler spectrum for non-symmetrical typeIUGR in early pregnancy and second trimester.Methods A total of150cases with12-24weeks pregnant underwentroutine ultrasonography from Oct2014to Oct2016were selected as subjects,including100cases of normalpregnancy(group B)and50cases with IUGR(group A).PI,RI,S/D and diastolic notches of two groups were comparedby retrospective analysis.Results Uterine artery PI,RI,S/D and diastolic notches in group A were significantly higherthan those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery dopplerspectrum for early pregnancy and second trimester has certain predictive value for non-symmetrical type IUGR.
