危机管理结合一体化创伤急救模式在急诊外伤患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨危机管理结合一体化创伤急救模式在急诊外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月~2016年6月来我院急诊就诊的90例外科严重创伤患者,按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规急救模式,治疗组在对照组常规急救护理模式的基础上,采取危机管理结合一体化创伤急救模式。比较分析两组患者抢救成功率和急救、急诊过程中各项指标。对比两组患者的急救效果。结果 45例对照组患者中,40例抢救成功,抢救成功率为88.89%(40/45);45例治疗组患者中,44例抢救成功,抢救成功率为97.78%(44/45)治疗组抢救成功率明显高于对照组,两组患者抢救成功率差异显著(P<0.05)。相比对照组,治疗组的确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、急诊室停留时间和住院时间均缩短,两组患者急救、急诊过程中各项指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组致残率、致死率、并发症发生率和满意率分别为13.33%、4.44%、15.56%和73.33%;治疗组致残率、并发症发生率和满意率分别为2.22%、2.22%和93.33%,未见致死患者,两组患者致残率、并发症发生率和满意率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危机管理结合一体化创伤急救模式提高了急诊外伤患者的抢救成功率,降低了并发症发生率,提高护理满意率。Objective To analyze the crisis management of trauma care model combined with the integration ofthe application result in emergency trauma patients.Methods90patients with severe trauma of surgery cued inemergency department of our hospital from January2015to June2016were selected,according to the stochasticindicator method,the were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in control group givenroutine emergency mode,and patients in treatment group were treated with integrated trauma emergency crisismanagement mode on the basis of conventional pattern of emergency care.The rescue success rate of each index andfirst aid,emergency treatment process of the two groups were compared.The emergency treatment effect of the twogroups was compared.Results Among the45patients in the control group,40cases were rescued successfully,and therescue success rate was88.89%(40/45).Among the45cases in treatment group,44cases were rescued successfully,andthe rescue success rate was97.78%(44/45),and rescue success rate of treatment group was obviously higher thanthat of control group,two groups of patients rescue success rate of significant difference(P<0.05).Compared withthe control group,the diagnosis,emergency treatment and operation time,residence time and hospital stay of treatmentgroup were shorter,emergency room each index in the process of emergency treatment,emergency treatment in bothgroups differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The morbidity,mortality,complications,and satisfaction rateof control group were13.33%,4.44%,15.56%and13.33%respectively.The morbidity,complications,and satisfactionrate of treatment group were2.22%,2.22%and93.33%respectively,and there were no death patients.There weresome statistical significances between the two groups on morbidity,complications,and satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Crisis management combined with integrated trauma first aid model improves the rescue success rate ofemergency trauma patients.It can reduce the incidence of complications,and impro
