膝关节骨关节炎镜下清理术后联合应用得宝松、利多卡因及玻璃酸钠的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的关节镜下清理术是一种治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的有效手段,本研究旨在探讨骨性关节炎患者在关节镜术后予关节腔注射内得宝松、利多卡因和玻璃酸钠的临床疗效。方法 59例接受关节镜下清理术的膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为联合得宝松、利多卡因和玻璃酸钠注射组和单纯玻璃酸钠注射组。术后随访观察治疗后临床疗效,观察指标包括视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)和膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)。结果在术后半年的随访中,联合得宝松、利多卡因和玻璃酸钠注射组的疗效优于单纯玻璃酸钠注射组(P<0.05)。结论镜下清理术后联合得宝松、利多卡因和玻璃酸钠注射治疗可显著改善膝骨性关节炎患者的预后。Objective Arthroscopic debridement was an effective method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritisin the early and middle term.The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical curative effect of patientswith osteoarthritis by intra-articular injection of Diprospan in lidocaine and sodium hyaluronate in patients afterarthroscopy.Methods59patients with knee osteoarthritis undergoing arthroscopic debridement were randomlydivided into Diprospan,lidocaine,sodium hyaluronate combination injection group and sodium hyaluronate singleinjection group.The clinical effects were observed after treatment.The observation included visual pain analoguescale(VAS)and knee function score(Lysholm).Results During the follow-up half year after operation,the curativeeffect of Diprospan,lidocaine,sodium hyaluronate combination injection group is better than that of sodiumhyaluronate single injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of sodium hyaluronate andDiprospan and lidocaine for postoperative cleaning of knee osteoarthritis under endoscope can significantly improvethe prognosis of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
