消痤颗粒对儿童重度痤疮的血清白介素-2、白介素-4、干扰素-γ的影响

摘　　要：目的评价中药消痤颗粒治疗重度痤疮对血清白介素(IL)-2、IL-4、干扰素(IFN)-γ的影响,为临床提供依据。方法选取我院2013年12月~2015年12月收治的60例重度痤疮患儿作为本次研究对象,以随机数字表法分为常规西药治疗的对照组与西药治疗联合消痤颗粒治疗的观察组,每组各30例患者,2个月为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程,检测两组治疗前、后外周血IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平,并进行对比观察。结果在治疗总有效率方面,观察组与对照组分别为96.67%与83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-4水平均较前明显下降,IL-2、IFN-γ较前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,观察组与对照组分别为6.67%与16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药消痤颗粒可有效治疗重度痤疮,可明显改善血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平,对血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平进行监测,可为临床评估病情及治疗效果提供依据。Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaozao granule on the treatment ofserum interleukin(IL)-2,IL-4and interferon(IFN)-γin severe acne.Methods60patients with severe acne treatedfrom December2013to December2015were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random numbertable method.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with30cases in each.Patients incontrol group were treated with Conventional Western Medicine,and patients in observation group were treated withWestern medicine therapy combined with Xiaocuo granule.2months for1courses,the2groups were2consecutivetreatment courses.The levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-4and IL-4in the two groups were measured before and after treatment.The levels of IL-2,IL-4and IL-IFN-γlevels were observed and compared.Results In the treatment of the totaleffective rate,the observation group and the control group were96.67%and83.33%,compared between the groups,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-2,IL-4and IFN-γlevels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4in serum weresignificantly decreased(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In theincidence of adverse reactions,the observation group and the control group were6.67%and16.67%,compared betweenthe groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-acne granules can effectivelytreat severe acne,and it can significantly improve the levels of serum IL-2,IL-4and IFN-γ,and monitor the levels ofserum IL-2,IL-4and IFN-γ.It can provide the basis for clinical evaluation of the disease and the treatment effect.
