摘　　要：Apremilast是一种可口服的小分子磷酸二酯酶抑制剂。因其能提高细胞内c AMP水平,抑制促炎因子和趋化因子的生成,有助于银屑病等自身免疫性疾病的治疗。本药吸收迅速,半衰期适当,临床研究表明apremilast对银屑病及银屑病关节炎的治疗有一定的疗效,不良反应较轻,耐受性好。Apremilast is an oral small molecule phosphodiesterase inhibitor.It can improve intracellular cAMPlevel,inhibit generation of promotion inflammation cytokine and chemotactic factor and help to treat autoimmune diseasessuch as psoriasis.This drug is absorbed quickly and of proper half-life.Clinical studies showed apremilast has certaincurative effect on treatment of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.It also has slighter adverse reactions and good tolerance.
