精细化管理在髋关节置换围手术期健康教育的护理作用

摘　　要：目的观察探讨精细化管理在髋关节置换围手术期健康教育的临床护理作用。方法经医院伦理委员会通过,将120例行髋关节置换手术的患者按照护理方式不同分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予患者精细化管理,对对照组患者采取常规护理模式,比较两组患者的Harris评分、Barthel指数评分、并发症发生率、患者生活质量评分以及患者对护理服务的满意度等情况。结果经过手术后,实验组患者的Harris评分、Barthel指数评分、生活质量评分以及患者的满意度均较对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在髋关节置换围手术期的健康教育有良好的临床表现,可在临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of fine management in perioperative healtheducation of hip replacement.Methods Adopted by the ethics committee of the hospital,120cases underwent hiparthroplasty were divided into experimental group and control group according to the different nursing methods.Theexperimental group received fine management,and the control group received routine nursing.The Harris score,wasBarthel Index,the incidence of complications,the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of two groups werecompared.Results After operation,the Harris score,Barthel index,quality of life and patient nursing satisfaction ofthe experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rateof the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management for perioperative health education in the hip replacement shows a goodclinical manifestations,worthy of clinical promotion.
