家庭访视护理对老年高血压患者遵医行为及家庭生活质量水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析家庭访视护理对老年高血压患者遵医行为及家庭生活质量水平的影响。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月在我社区前80例老年高血压患者并建立健康档案的,符合病例选取标准及排除标准的,按随机数字表法随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者不进行任何社区护理,观察组给予提高社区老年高血压患者服药遵从行为的家庭访视护理。干预6个月后,观察比较两组老年高血压患者的服药遵从行为及家庭生活质量水平的不同。结果在实施家庭访视护理前,两组患者的遵医行为评分、以及家庭生活质量水平各项评分无明显差异(P>0.05);在实施干预措施后,观察组患者的遵医行为评分、家庭生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组患者,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区老年高血压患者进行家庭访视护理,可以在某种程度上提高患者的服药遵从行为,并且在很大程度上改善患者的家庭生活质量水平,提高与护理工作人员的亲密关系。Objective To explore the influence of family visit nursing on compliance behavior and family qualityin elderly patients with hypertension.Methods For80elderly hypertension patients with health records andconsistent with the criteria for the selection of cases and exclusion criteria in our community from June2014toJune2015were slelected.According to random digital table method,they were divided into observation group andcontrol group with40cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with no community care,and patients inobservation group were treated with family visit nursing for improving medication compliance behavior of elderlypatients with hypertension in community.After six months intervention,the difference of medication compliancebehavior and family quality of life in the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients was compared.Results Beforethe implementation of family visit care,there were no significant differences in the scores of medical compliance andthe quality of life among the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of medical compliance and thequality of family life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family visit care for elderly patients with hypertension canimprove the patient’s compliance behavior to some extent,and to a great extent,improve the quality of family life,and improve the intimate relationship with nursing staff.
