无痛胃镜术应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析无痛胃镜术中应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果。方法:收治实施无痛胃镜术治疗的患者80例。对舒芬太尼组给予舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,地佐辛组应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组体动、恶心、呕吐和呼吸抑制等不良反应发生率;丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、意识消失时间、术后疼痛评分;麻醉效果满意度。结果:地佐辛组丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间显著低于舒芬太尼组(P<0.05);地佐辛组患者麻醉效果满意度显著高于舒芬太尼组(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜术应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果确切,可有效缩短苏醒时间,减少丙泊酚用量,且无严重不良反应,患者满意度高。Objective:To analyze the effect of dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia in the application of painlessgastroscopy.Methods:80cases treated with painless gastroscopy were selected.The sufentanil group was given sufentanil combinedwith propofol anesthesia,while the dezocine group with dezocine and propofol anesthesia.The rates of side effects such as bodymotion,nausea,vomiting and respiratory depression were compared between groups.The dosage of propofol,recovery time,consciousness disappearance time,postoperative pain score,anesthesia effect satisfaction were compared.Results:The propofoldosage,recovery time of the dezocine group was significantly lower than the sufentanil group(P<0.05).The anesthesia satisfactionof the dezocine group was significantly higher than that of sufentanil group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of dezocine combinedwith propofol anesthesia in the application of painless gastroscopy is significant,which can effectively shorten the recovery time,reduce the amount of propofol,with no serious adverse reactions,and the patients’satisfaction is high.
