摘　　要：目的:探讨吸入用布地奈德混悬液、复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗喘憋型肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法:收治喘憋型肺炎患儿86例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液、复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率、临床症状消失时间和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吸入用布地奈德混悬液、复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗喘憋型肺炎患儿的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of budesonide suspension for inhalation and compound ipratropium bromide aerosolin the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods:86cases of children with asthmatic pneumonia were selected.Theywere randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group was treated by budesonide suspension for inhalation and compound ipratropium bromide aerosol.Wecompared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate,the time of disappearanceof clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of budesonide suspension for inhalation and compound ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment ofchildren with asthmatic pneumonia was significant.
