卡介菌多糖核酸注射液防治慢性支气管炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸注射液防治慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法:收治慢性支气管炎患者480例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用口服药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用肌内注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸注射液可以有效地防治慢性支气管炎。Objective:To explore the effect of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the prevention and treatment ofchronic bronchitis.Methods:480patients with chronic bronchitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control groupand the treatment group.The control group was treated with oral medication.The treatment group added BCG polysaccharide andnucleic acid injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The effective rateof the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of BCG polysaccharide andnucleic acid injection in the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis was better.
