改良式端坐头低位在头颈肿瘤术后胃管植入困难中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良式端坐头低位在头颈肿瘤术后胃管植入困难中的临床应用。方法:将60例患者随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组采取端坐头低位插管,对照组采取常规体位插管。结果:试验组胃管植入一次成功率以及患者对插胃管的耐受率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良式端坐头低位插胃管一次植入成功率明显提高,置管时间短,对患者影响小,患者满意度高。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of modified low head position in gastric tube implantation after headand neck tumor resection.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Theexperimental group were treated with sitting low head intubation,and the control group were given a gastric tube by routineposition.Results:The success rate of gastric tube implantation and the tolerance rate of gastric tube insertion in the experimentalgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of the implantation of theimproved vertical head low insertion stomach tube is obviously improved,the indwelling time is shorter,and the influence on thepatient is smaller,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
