摘　　要：目的:调查基层医务人员对中医适宜技术的认识及态度,探讨改善基层医务人员实施和推广中医适宜技术积极性的对策。方法:采用抽样调查的方法,对基层医务人员248人行问卷调查。结果:基层医务人员对中医适宜技术熟悉程度不满意,运用中医适宜技术治疗的疾病谱较窄。近30%的基层医务人员对中医适宜技术的推广缺乏信心。基层医务人员最希望通过专家讲座及培训班方式获得中医适宜技术的相关知识。结论:加强基层医务人员中医适宜技术培训,重视科普宣传,加强政策保障及经济扶持,有利于中医适宜技术的推广。Objective:To investigate the understanding and attitude of basic medical personnel to appropriate techniques oftraditional Chinese medicine,to explore the countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm of basic medical personnel forimplementation and popularization of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using a sample surveymethod,we conducted a questionnaire survey for248cases of medical staff at the primary level.Results:The level of familiarity ofmedical staff at the primary level for appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine was unsatisfactory,and the disease spectrumtreated with appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine was narrower.30%of medical staff at the primary level lacked confidencein the promotion of appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine.The medical staff at the primary level hoped to get relevantknowledge about appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine through expert lectures and training courses.Conclusion:Strengthening training about appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine among medical staff at the primary level,payingattention to popularization of science,strengthening policy support and economic support,were good for promotion of appropriatetechniques of Chinese medicine.
