摘　　要：图书馆是一个融服务性、教育性、学术性为一体的信息机构,是知识信息搜集、整理、储存和传播的主要基地。图书馆在院校教学与科研过程中,既是技术创新的重要支持力量,又是产业创新和观念创新的主要参与者与保障者。所以,人们经常用"强而有力的心脏"来强调图书馆在社会中所处的重要地位。而科研工作正是促进图书馆各项业务开展的"火车头",带动图书馆的发展跨越新台阶。Library is aninformation institution integrating financial service,education and academy,which is the main base for knowledge gathering,collation,storage and dissemination.In the process of teaching and scientific research,library is not only an important support force of technological innovation,but also a major participant and guarantor of industrial innovation and concept innovation.So people often use the"strong and powerful heart"to emphasize the importance of library in society.And scientific research is the"locomotive"to promote the conduction of various library businesses,leading the development of library across a new level.
