摘　　要：为了把握铜仁市职业化教育体育资源的基本情况,提高铜仁市体育资源的发展。该文以铜仁职业技术学院为研究主题,采用文献资料、实地调查、访谈等方法,对铜仁职业技术学院的体育教师构成现状及影响铜仁市职业化教育体育资源的因素进行调查与分析,提出了加强教师队伍建设,提高教学水平,改善场地设施,丰富教学手段与方法等对策。In order to grasp the basic situation of professional education and sports resources in Tongren City and improve the development of sports resources in Tongren City.In this paper,the Tongren Vocational and Technical College is used as the research topic,and the present situation of PE teachers in Tongren Vocational and Technical College and the factors influencing the sports resources of Tongren City are investigated by means of literature,field investigation and interview.Put forward measures to strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the teaching level,improve the facilities,enrich the teaching methods and methods and other countermeasures.
