摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法,对近二十年不同版本的田径规则进行对比分析,找出近二十年田径规则的演变趋势及不断演变的规则对教练员、裁判员、运动员提出的新要求。旨在通过该文的研究,能够为田径教练员、运动员及裁判员的执裁提供一定的作用。In this paper,using the method of literature,logic analysis,expert interview,comparative analysis of different versions of the track and field rules for nearly twenty years,the new requirements of the evolution trend of nearly twenty years to find out the rules of track and field and the evolving rules of athletes,coaches and referees.Through the research of this thesis,it can provide some functions for the coaches,athletes and judges.
