摘　　要：目的观察滑槽植骨结合LCP固定治疗股骨骨折术后骨不连的疗效。方法选取我院于2016年4月—2017年4月接收的103例股骨骨折术后骨不连患者资料,根据临床医治方案不同分成两组,对照组(49例)行常规固定方案医治,实验组(54例)行滑槽植骨结合LCP固定医治,对比两组手术效果及骨不连愈合情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、负重时间及下床活动时间均更优(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组骨不连愈合率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨骨折术后骨不连行滑槽植骨结合LCP固定治疗取得确切疗效,可有效提高骨不连愈合效果。Objective To observe the curative effect of sliding bone grafting combined with LCP fixation on nonunion after femoral fracture.Methods The data of103patients with nonunion after femoral fractures were collected from April2016to April2017.According to the different clinical treatment regimen,the control group(49cases)was treated with routine fixation.The experimental group(54cases)were treated with sliding bone grafting combined with LCP fixation,and the operation effect and nonunion healing were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,load-bearing time and time of getting out of bed in experimental group were better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nonunion rate of the experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sliding bone grafting combined with LCP fixation after femoral fractures can achieve the exact curative effect,which can effectively improve the effect of nonunion healing.
