试析经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术和电切术治疗前列腺增生的疗效差异

摘　　要：目的探究经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术和电切术治疗前列腺增生的疗效差异。方法选取我院收治的66例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,严格按照随机原则将其分为对照组与观察组,每组患者均有33例。给予对照组患者采用经尿道等离子前列腺电切术进行治疗,给予观察组患者采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的前列腺切除量多于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者的手术时间、留置导尿管时间、住院时间均短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术有利于治疗前列腺增生,其可以增加前列腺的切除量,减少术中出血量,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效率。Objective To explore the curative effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate and transurethral resection of the prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of66cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital were selected as the research object,in strict accordance with randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had33cases.The patients in the control group were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate,the observation group were treated by transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate,then,the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect were compared.Results The observation group of patients with resection of the prostate were more than patients in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with intraoperative bleeding was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and patients in the observation group of with operation time,indwelling catheter time,hospitalization time was shorter than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,prostate can increase the resection volume,reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the treatment time,greatly improve the efficiency of treatment,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
