活血退黄汤治疗急性淤胆型肝炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察急性淤胆型肝炎行活血退黄汤治疗的效果。方法回顾分析在我院治疗的98例急性淤胆型肝炎患者临床资料,按治疗方案不同分两组,对照组(44例)予西药治疗,观察组(54例)在其基础服用活血退黄汤治疗,比较两组肝功能指标及疗效。结果观察组治疗后TBil、DBil、ALT、ALP、γ-GGT水平均比对照组有所改善(P<0.05)。结论活血退黄汤治疗可有效改善急性淤胆型肝炎患者肝功能,缓解黄疸,提高疗效。Objective To observe the effect of treatment of acute cholestatic hepatitis with Huoxue Tuihuang decoction.Methods The clinical data of98patients with acute cholestatic hepatitis treated in our hospital were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,and the control group(44cases)were treated with western medicine.The observation group(54cases)was treated with Huoxue decoction,the two groups of liver function and efficacy were compared.Results The levels of TBil,DBil,ALT,ALP andγ-GGT in the observation group were improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tuihuang decoction can effectively improve the liver function of patients with acute cholestatic hepatitis,alleviate jaundice,improve the curative effect.
