参红化浊通络颗粒治疗微血管性心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参红化浊通络颗粒治疗微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将117例微血管性心绞痛的患者分为两组:对照组58例,采用阿司匹林肠溶片和瑞舒伐他汀钙片口服治疗;治疗组59例,在对照组的治疗基础上加用参红化浊通络颗粒口服治疗。两组均以30 d为1疗程。结果治疗组和对照组的微血管性心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为83.05%和79.31%,心电图疗效总有效率分别为91.52%和86.20%,动态心电图疗效分别为89.83%和84.48%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组的中医证候总有效率分别为94.92%和79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参红化浊通络颗粒治疗微血管性心绞痛疗效较好,有进一步研究的临床价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris with Shen Hong Hua Zhuo Tong Luo granules.Methods117cases of microvascular angina patients were divided into two groups.58cases in control group were given the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets for oral therapy.The treatment group of59cases,based on control group with Shenhong Huazhuo Tongluo granules for oral therapy.Two groups were treated by30d for1courses.Results The total effective rate of microvascular angina in the treatment group and the control group was83.05%and79.31%respectively.The total effective rate of ECG was91.52%and86.20%respectively.The effect of Holter ECG was89.83%and84.48%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in treatment group and control group was94.92%and79.31%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Shenhong Huazhuo Tongluo granule in treating microvascular angina pectoris is better,it has further clinical value.
