摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺功能检测在抑郁症患者治疗中的动态监测效果。方法选取200例抑郁症的患者为观察组(难治组34例,非难治组166例),100例健康体检者为对照组。观察组采用抗抑郁治疗。采用化学发光免疫法测定甲状腺功能指标。结果观察组治疗前的血清T3、FT3、TSH低于对照组,FT4高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的T3、FT3高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。难治组甲状腺功能异常的比例高于非难治组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症与甲状腺功能异常有关,动态监测抑郁症患者的甲状腺功能水平可判定药物对甲状腺功能的影响。Objective To investigate the dynamic monitoring effect of thyroid function test in the treatment of depression.Methods200patients with depression were selected as the observation group(34cases in the treatment-resistant group and166cases in the non-treatment-resistantgroup),and100healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated with antidepressant.The thyroid function index were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results The serum T3,FT3and TSH in the observation group before treatment were lower than that in the control group,and FT4was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T3and FT3in the observation group after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Abnormal rate of thyroid function in treatment-resistant group was higher than that in the non-treatment-resistant group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Depression is related to abnormal thyroid function,and the dynamic monitoring of the thyroid function in depressed patients can determine the effect of drugs on thyroid function.
