摘　　要：目的评价免疫比浊法测定血浆心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白诊断急性心肌梗死的临床价值。方法选择90例疑似急性心肌梗死的患者作为研究对象,结合患者的临床表现、心电图、心肌酶测定及心肌蛋白测定等结果 :50例患者为急性心肌梗死组,40例患者为非急性心肌梗死组,测定患者的心肌型脂肪酸。选择50例正常人作为健康对照组,通过免疫比浊法建立健康人的心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白基线,分析不同情况患者的指标分布情况。结果对于正常人而言,心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白的分布与患者的年龄、性别存在关联性;急性心肌梗死患者的心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白分布高于非急性心肌梗死患者(P<0.05)。结论免疫比浊法测定血浆心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白可作为诊断急性心肌梗死的重要指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of determination of myocardial fatty acid binding protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction by turbidimetric immunoassay.Methods90patients with suspected acute myocardial infarction were as the research object,combined with clinical manifestations,ECG,myocardial enzymes and myocardial protein of patients:50patients with acute myocardial infarction,40patients with non acute myocardial infarction,heart type fatty acid determination in patients.50healthy subjects were selected as healthy control group,and the baseline of myocardial fatty acid binding protein of healthy subjects was established by immune turbidimetry.The distribution of the indexes in different cases was analyzed.Results For the normal man,heart type fatty acid binding protein distribution in age and gender were related,and heart type fatty acid binding protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher than that of patients with non acute myocardial infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of myocardial fatty acid binding protein in plasma by turbidimetry is an important index for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
