彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对彩色多普勒超声检查应用于下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床诊断效果进行分析研究。方法选取67例2015年4月—2017年1月在我院接受治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,并将其设置为实验组,选取同期下肢无病变的正常人67例,并将其设置为参照组,对两组患者的彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行对照研究。结果就CFV而言,实验组高于参照组[(12.61±1.21)mm vs.(8.95±1.65)mm];就SFV而言,实验组高于参照组[(7.59±1.38)mm vs.(5.39±0.36)mm];就MGV而言,实验组高于参照组[(4.38±1.52)mm vs.(3.52±1.41)mm];t=15.68,16.11,15.98,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查应用于下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床诊断效果理想。Objective To study clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of lower extremity deep-vein thrombosis.Methods67patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limb were treated in our hospital from April2015to January2017,and they were set up as experimental group.67cases with no lower limb lesions were selected as a reference group.The results of color doppler ultrasonography in two groups were compared.Results As far as CFV was concerned,the experimental group was higher than the reference group[(12.61±1.21)mm vs.(8.95±1.65)mm].As far as SFV was concerned,the experimental group was higher than the reference group[(7.59±1.38)mm vs.(5.39±0.36)mm].As far as MGV was concerned,the experimental group was higher than the reference group([4.38±1.52)mm vs.(3.52±1.41)mm],t=15.68,16.11,15.98,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography is ideal for the clinical diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
