摘  要:目的探讨运用FOCUS-PDCA质量改进方式提高住院患者健康教育知晓率的效果。方法通过发现需要改进的问题、项目,成立健康教育护理质量控制小组,负责对全院护理健康教育落实的质量管理,进行基线调查、根本原因分析、评估团队能力,制定、选择改进措施,落实措施,收集数据等PDCA管理手段,并采用《住院患者健康教育知晓率调查表》调查了解质量改进效果。结果住院患者知晓率随着干预措施的实施而逐渐升高,且差异有统计学意义(z=3.949>0,P<0.001);住院患者的满意度也呈现出与知晓率相应程度的提高;全院病房科室健全了患者读本的《住院服务指南》《住院健康指导》、各专科特色的健康教育处方及护士读本的《健康教育指导》。结论FOCUS-PDCA质量改进方式能有效提高住院患者健康教育知晓率。Objective To explore the effect of applying FOCUSPDCA for quality improvement in inpatients’awareness rate of health knowledge.Methods After discovering problems needed to be improved,nursing quality control team of health education was set up,which was responsible for whole hospital’s quality management of nursing health education.Baseline was investigated,root causes were analyzed,team ability was evaluated,then improved measures were worked out,selected and implemented,and data were collected.Inpatients Health Education Awareness Questionnaire was applied in this study to understand the effect of quality improvement.Results Inpatients’awareness rate gradually increased with the implement of intervention measures,and difference was statistically significant(z=3.949>0,P<0.001).Inpatients’satisfaction also presented the corresponding improvement with awareness rate.The book called Inpatient Service Guidance and Inpatient Health Guidance,health education prescription for all specialties for inpatients and Health Education Guidance for nurses were added in all wards of the hospital.Conclusion Quality improvement mode of FOCUS-PDCA can effectively improve inpatients’awareness rate of health education.
