自拟通便汤合加味保和丸治疗社区便秘型肠功能紊乱患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究肠功能紊乱便秘型患者使用自拟通便汤合加味保和丸治疗的临床效果。方法:临床纳入64例我中心2014年10月-2016年12月的门诊便秘型肠功能紊乱患者,将所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组各32例,其中以常规西药进行治疗作为对照组,另以服用自拟通便汤合加味保和丸进行治疗作为观察组。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率和复发率均优于对照组。结论:便秘型肠功能紊乱患者服用自拟通便汤合加味保和丸效果显著。Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Tongbian decoction and Baohe Wan on intestinal disorders of constipation.Methods:64patients were selected and divided into two groups according to the randomized table method.32patients in the control groupwere treated with conventional western medicine;while the other32patients in the observation group received the Tongbian decoction andBaohe Wan.Results:The efficiency and recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The Tongbian decoction and Baohe Wan had significant effects on intestinal disorders of constipation.
