滋肾活血汤治疗月经过少肾虚血瘀证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对滋肾活血汤治疗月经过少肾虚血瘀证临床效果进行观察,以为临床在治疗月经过少时提供一点参考。方法:采用随机抽选法从本院2015年9月-2016年12月门诊就诊的月经过少肾虚血瘀证患者中抽取60例,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为两个小组,对照组30例患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组30例患者给予滋肾活血汤治疗,按中医证候评分对两组疗效进行判定,并通过统计学方法进行数据处理,对两组进行观察比较。结果:观察组患者治愈率为20.00%,显效率为36.67%,有效率36.67%,无效率6.67%,总有效率为93.33%,而对照组分别为6.67%、23.33%、16.67%、83.33%、83.33%,观察组治愈率、显效率及总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中医治疗比常规西医治疗的效果更佳。结论:目前在临床上治疗月经过少常采用宫腔镜手术、西医药物等治疗,手术费用高且易发生宫腔粘连,而西药不良反应大、易复发,临床治疗月经过少肾虚血瘀证可采用滋肾活血汤治疗,滋肾活血汤是一种中药制剂,其主要由牛膝、当归、山萸肉、丹参、桃仁等中药材制成,有着养血活血、补肾益精之功效,其能有效缓解患者临床症状,增加子宫内膜厚度,使患者生活质量得到有效提高,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Zishen Huoxue decoction on scanty menstruation of the Shenxu Xueyusyndrome,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of scanty menstruation.Methods:60cases were randomly selected anddivided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.30patients in the control group were given the conventionalwestern medicine;30cases in the observation group were treated with the Zishen Huoxue decoction.The clinical efficacy in two groupswas determined according to the TCM symptom score and the data were processed by statistical method,and those in the two groupswere observed and compared.Results:The cure rate in the observation group was20%,the effective rate was36.67%,the significanteffective rate was36.67%,the ineffective rate was6.67%,and the total effective rate was93.33%;while those in the control group were6.67%,23.33%,16.67%,83.33%,83.33%respectively.The cure rate,effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group weresignificantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);TCM medicine was more effective than conventional western medicine.Conclusion:At present,scanty menstruation was given the hysteroscopic surgery,western medicine and other treatment,with high costs,intrauterine adhesions,side effects from western medicine,and easy to relapse.The Zishen Huoxue decoction could be clinically appliedin treating scanty menstruation.The Zishen Huoxue decoction was composed of Niuxi,Danggui,Shanyurou,Danshen,Taoren and so on,with the efficacy of nourishing and activating blood,kidney essence,which could effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,increase theendometrial thickness,improve the quality of life,had high clinical application value and was worthy to be promoted.
