小儿手足口病清解透表汤合银翘散加减治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨观察小儿手足口病中清解透表汤合银翘散加减的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院于2012年1月-2016年1月收治的小儿手足口病患者100例,并按照随机分配原则分为两组,试验组和对照组各50例,对照组患者选用常规西医临床治疗,试验组患者采用清解透表汤联合银翘散加减临床治疗,记录并比较两组患者的恢复时间、治疗总有效率等临床指标。结果:试验组患者的总有效率为94%,对照组患者的总有效率为64%,试验组的治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的疱疹消失时间、体温恢复时间以及住院时间显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),两组患者的皮疹恢复时间比较差异不具有统计学意义;治疗后进行的随访结果显示,试验组患者的自我行为控制时间、精神状况改善时间、情绪波动时间平均水平均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清解透表汤联合银翘散加减治疗小儿手足口病具有较好的临床效果,显著优于常规西医治疗的临床效果,治疗总有效率较高,且有助于帮助患者恢复,值得进行临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Qingjie Toubiao decoction combined with Yinqiao San on childrenwith hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:100children with hand foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital from January2012toJanuary2016were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according tothe random number table method,with50cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine treatment while theexperimental group received Qingjie Toubiao Decoction combined with Modified Yinqiao Powder.The clinical indexes such as the recoverytime and the total effective rate of two groups of patients were recorded and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimentalgroup was94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,64%,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The herpes disappearance time,body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly betterthan those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the time of skin rash recovery.The follow-up results showed that the time of self control,the improvement of mental status and the average time of mood fluctuation inthe experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingjie Toubiao Decoction combinedwith Modified Yinqiao Powder had better clinical effect than the routine western medicine treatment in treating children with hand foot andmouth disease,it had higher effective rate and was helpful for the recovery of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
