摘　　要：督灸疗法是由隔物灸发展而来的一种独特施灸方法,其涵括了经络、药物、艾灸、姜泥等多种因素的综合优势,具有温经通络、调和气血、平衡阴阳之功效。同时,具有施灸面积广、艾柱大、火力足、温通力强的特点。本文将从督脉灸的创立理论基础,材料选择,操作流程,临床应用等方面进行介绍,以促进该疗法的合理规范使用及深入研究,进而继承和发扬这一特色疗法。Governor Vessel Moxibustion(GVM)originates from sandwiched moxibustion and is a popular healthy and healingtechnique in China,GVM is trusted to have comprehensive functions due to the ingenious combination of governor vessel,the integraleffects of moxibustion and the specificity of Chinese herb medicine.It has the characteristics of wide moxibustion area,big moxa wick,kone strong firepower,strong features of temperature with the efficacy of coordinating all the meridian,balancing the Yin and Yang,modulating deficiency.In this article,we will introduce GVM,including the theoretical basis,choices of position and materials,operationprocedures,clinical applications,applicable permits and contraindications in order to enhance the appropriate scale-up application and indepthresearch for the future.
