气街干预合脊柱调衡治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨气街干预合脊柱调衡法与常规针刺推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效的差异。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分为气街干预合脊柱调衡法干预组(即简称为气街组)30例和常规针刺推拿干预组(即简称常规组)30例;气街组取头、胸、腹气街部腧穴进行针刺,并配合脊柱调衡推拿手法进行调治;常规组根据压痛点,循痛点及经脉循行取患侧穴位,进行常规的针刺、推拿治疗;两组患者治疗前后均采用田中靖久颈部神经根症治疗成绩判定基准和11点疼痛程度数字等级量表(NRS-11)制订的CSR症状体征评分量表进行评分对比分析。结果:治疗2个疗程后组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气街组整体疗效优于常规组,并在一定程度上提高了CSR患者的生活质量,为临床治疗提供了优选方案。Objective:To investigate the difference of the clinical curative effect of Qi-street intervention plus spine adjustmentmethod and conventional acupuncture plus massage therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60patients were dividedinto two groups according to the random digital table,30cases were treated with spine adjustment(the Qi-street group)and30casesreceived conventional acupuncture and massage intervention(namely,the conventional group).The acupoints in the Qi-street group werecollected from the head,chest and abdomen,and with the spine adjustment massage manipulation;the conventional group took ipsilateralacupuncture points according to tenderness point,the pain point and meridians and received the conventional acupuncture,massagetreatment;Before and after treatment,Jing Long cervical nerve root treatment,scoring criteria and11point pain degree digital hierarchyscale(NRS-11)formulated by the CSR symptoms and signs scale for scoring analysis were used to evaluate the effect in two groups ofpatients.Results:There was a significant difference between the groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the groupswas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect in the Qi-street group was better than that in the conventional group;itcould improve the quality of life of CSR patients to a certain extent,and provide the optimal treatment in clinic.
