黄芪扶正汤对卵巢癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪扶正汤对卵巢癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响分析。方法:将2016年2月-2017年2月在我院住院治疗的82例卵巢癌术后化疗患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上观察组给予黄芪扶正汤治疗,比较两组患者的体液免疫及细胞免疫指标、不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗前IgG、IgA、IgM无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后IgG(16.56±3.40)g/L、IgA(1.36±0.37)g/L、IgM(1.43±0.47)g/L较对照组的(14.47±3.02)g/L、(1.27±0.46)g/L、(1.15±0.42)g/L明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间治疗前CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后CD3^+(60.76±7.18)%、CD4^+(38.39±5.41)%、CD8^+(25.19±3.11)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(1.56±0.27)较对照组的(59.33±7.87)%、(35.16±6.27)%、(29.76±3.73)%、(1.31±0.18)明显改善,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、脱发、白细胞减少、血小板减少等发生率为21.95%,明显低于对照组的46.34%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪扶正汤对卵巢癌术后化疗患者免疫功能有显著提升作用,能够辅助机体正气,提升化疗耐受性,降低化疗不良反应,改善患者预后,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To analyze the effect of Huangqi Fuzheng Decoction on immune function in patients with ovarian cancerafter chemotherapy.Methods:82cases of ovarian cancer after chemotherapy in our hospital from February2016to February2017wereselected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine treatment while the observation group received HuangqiFuzheng Decoction more.The humoral and cellular immunity index and the incidence of adverse effects in two groups were compared.Results:The IgG,IgA,IgM in two groups before treatment was of no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,IgG(16.56±3.40)g/L,IgA(1.36±0.37)g/L and IgM(1.43±0.47)g/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,(14.47±3.02)g/L,(1.27±0.46)g/L and(1.15±0.42)g/L,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in two groups before treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,CD3+(60.76±7.18)%,CD4+(38.39±5.41)%,CD8+(25.19±3.11)%and CD4+/CD8+(1.56±0.27)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,(59.33±7.87)%,(35.16±6.27)%,(29.76±3.73)%and(1.31±0.18)%,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Theincidence rate of nausea and vomiting,alopecia and leukopenia of the observation group was21.95%,which was significantly lower thanthat in the control group,46.34%,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Fuzheng decoction onenhancing the immune function in patients with ovarian cancer after operation and chemotherapy shows a significant effect,it could assistthe healthy qi of the body,enhance the tolerance to chemotherapy,reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy,improve the prognosis of patients,and was of positive clinical significance.
